LOWA Cadin GORE-TEX® MID Junior Hiking Shoes Kids anthracite
Product description
When it comes to fit and comfort, parents should not make one single compromise when purchasing children’s shoes.
This is why we asked Dr Micha Bahr, a specialist in children’s surgery and manual medicine, to help us design the child-friendly shoe model Cadin GTX MID Junior. The result is a mid-cut multifunctional shoe that has been adapted to the specific anatomy of small feet. We used an overall concept that has been well conceived and a design that considers both the state of young muscles and the growth of small bones.
Technical data
An outsole designed by LOWA with an optimized rubber compound for good grip.
The midsole in the form of the LOWA-MONOWRAP® frame ensures the best comfort. This is a three-dimensional midsole design that LOWA developed in 1995. This frame comfortably encloses the foot and supports it on uneven surfaces. In shoes with a SUPPORT FRAME, the sole construction is slightly raised.
It is a shoe in which the outsole is molded directly onto the shoe. This type of production creates a highly precise and very strong connection between the sole and the shaft.
The midsole is largely responsible for the rolling behavior and cushioning of a shoe. The special feature: Even if it is compressed a thousand times, it still retains its restoring force. The shoes made from it have very good cushioning properties even after many kilometers.
This is not just a smaller version of the adult last. The children's last is specially adapted to the anatomy of children's feet and reduced in volume. In addition, various areas such as the heel, toe or instep area are adjusted in height and width.
The shoe is flexible and supports the natural rolling behavior.
