LOWA Zirrox GORE-TEX® LO Junior Hiking Shoes Kids anthracite
Product description
Dynamic, sporty and active: The words used to describe the qualities of children themselves apply equally to the two multifunctional shoes ZIRROX GTX LO JUNIOR.
The flat low-cut shoe brims with agility. It is a quality created by the side fabric prints that come in contrasting colours. To ensure that sensitive feet are optimally protected as children romp about, both models are equipped with robust toe caps made of microfibres and soft GORE-TEX® inner lining.
Technical data
For effective cushioning and high wearing comfort, the sole of the shoe is connected to the upper using a technically complex injection molding process. In addition, the upper shoe comes in a specially manufactured mold. A PU foam is then introduced into this in different layers. This creates the sole, which is directly connected to the upper to form a unit.
The midsole in the form of the LOWA-MONOWRAP® frame ensures the best comfort. This is a three-dimensional midsole design that LOWA developed in 1995. This frame comfortably encloses the foot and supports it on uneven surfaces. In shoes with a SUPPORT FRAME, the sole construction is slightly raised.
The LOWA PU outsoles are characterized by their lower weight and very comfortable cushioning.
The shoe has a very soft rolling behavior.
This is not just a smaller version of the adult last. The children's last is specially adapted to the anatomy of children's feet and reduced in volume. In addition, various areas such as the heel, toe or instep area are adjusted in height and width.
The midsole is largely responsible for the rolling behavior and cushioning of a shoe. The special feature: Even if it is compressed a thousand times, it still retains its restoring force. The shoes made from it have very good cushioning properties even after many kilometers.
