Marker Alpinist D 8 Touring Binding 90mm Brakes 21/22

The ultra-light and durable touring pin binding with extra-long travel and a pre-mounted brake.

This ultra-light pin binding is even more suitable for renting and comes with a pre-mounted brake. The toe is mounted on a weight-optimised board with a scratch-proof scale and can be adjusted without tools by simply pressing a lever. Combined with an extended heel adjustment range of +/-15mm, adjustment to almost any sole length is possible in no time. The Alpinist offers active length compensation when the ski flexes and an impressive power transfer downhill due to a 38 mm drill pattern. A carbon-reinforced toe provides great stiffness and comes with anti-ice pads and integrated elastomers for easy stepping in. The heel features a climbing aid with 0°, 5° and 9° angles and can be quickly and easily switched between hike and ski mode.

Caution!
Marker Alpinist and Alpinist Long Travel ski bindings are compatible with ski boots in accordance with DIN ISO 0523 with tech inserts to the Dynafit specification of 29.09.2009.
In addition, some boot manufacturers have developed and manufactured their own inserts for their touring ski boots which should be suitable fo Pin-Tech bindings. However, Marker cannot guarantee that these inserts will fundtion correctly.
