Salewa craft the Wildfire 2 Shoe's upper from durable, recycled mesh and reinforce it with a mesh of Kevlar wires that wraps your foot in a snug and snug way, providing flexibility, enhanced stability and heel hold. In addition, the Wildfire 2 can be quickly and easily switched from hiking to climbing mode with the SALEWA® Switchfit adjustment system. The result: Better performance on edges and when climbing, and more security overall in technical terrain.

The Multi Fit Footbed Plus (MFF+) also offers a customizable footbed so you can choose a tighter or wider fit as needed.

The Wildfire GTX is equipped with a GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort lining, which offers you waterproof and breathable protection, so that you can make good progress even in uncomfortable weather. The Pomoca Speed MTN outsole features a climbing zone in the toe area and strong, deep tread lugs for good traction in mud and soft ground, while S-Path technology supports the natural transition. The slightly sticky POMOCA rubber offers you good traction in both dry and wet conditions.
