The endless range of exercises with the sling trainer makes it possible to train almost all parts of the body, and the often unstable position during training also trains the important deep muscles. The Schildkröt Sling Trainer has a high-quality, continuously adjustable strap system (length 180cm, width 4cm, stitched several times) and can therefore be adjusted to any body size. The device is like a mobile power room - with the special door anchor it can be quickly and easily mounted on any door. An included red warning sign for the other side of the door protects against unexpected disturbances or door opening during training. During sling/suspension training with your own body weight (up to a maximum of 120kg), the muscles of the entire muscle chain are trained.
