Tecnica MACH BOA® HV 110 GripWalk® Alpine Ski Boots Men black
Product description
Skiers who want all-day comfort but don't want to compromise on sportiness will reach for the newly developed Mach Boa HV 110 GW.
In this new development, Tecnica has combined the BOA closure system in the lower part of the ski boot with two Lift-Lock buckles in the upper part of the ski boot. This allows the boot to be individually adjusted to the foot. The shell can also be thermoformed using C.A.S. technology. The High Volume model combines a 110 flex with a 103 millimeter last. This makes the boot the ideal choice for sporty skiers with wider feet. The inner boot was developed according to the Eco Design. This means that PVC-free, recycled and recyclable materials are used. Equipped with the GripWalk sole, you can master the trails safely on foot.
The C.A.S. - Custom Adaptive Shape -Shell has an anatomical shape that matches the shape of the foot. This allows for a better out-of-the box initial fit. The dimples on the shell offer less surface tension and facilitate heating, making customizing the shell easier. The shell retains the new shape better and longer.
FEATURES OF THE SHELL
- Anatomic and precise shape
- Easier and faster thermo-forming
- Easy customization
INDIVIDUAL ADJUSTMENT OF THE SHELL
-
Punching (for more volume)
-
Grinding (for more volume)
The ability to obtain regenerated material with homogeneous and known mechanical characteristics will allow a wider use of them in the production on new ski-boots.
- Recycled power strap and PFC free
- Recycled aluminum buckles
- Partly recycled sole material
PLASTIC WASTE IS A PROBLEM
The “Recycle Your Boots” project was born out of the awareness that people around the world produce huge amounts of waste. Plastic waste, in which we are literally in danger of sinking, is particularly problematic. When old ski boots have had their day, they often end up in landfill or are recycled for energy in incineration plants. Anyone can hand in their old pair of ski boots to us, regardless of the brand. Tecnica will then fully recycle the old pair in a transparent and sustainable process.
GIVE YOUR SKI BOOTS A NEW LIFE
With its “Recycle Your Boots” project, Tecnica is kick-starting the circular economy for the ski boot industry. Tecnica's collection and recycling initiative has been awarded by the LIFE program - the EU's financial instrument for the environment and climate action - and the project is already being implemented in eight European countries this winter season.
Tecnica's anatomically shaped liners and shells are the key to an optimal fit right from the first fitting. The better the liner and shell match the natural shape of the foot, the better the support and performance.
Best fit - right from the first fitting.
The precisely adapted anatomical shape guarantees more comfort and better performance. Tecnica offers 5 different volume sizes to guarantee an optimal fit for every foot shape.
• LOW VOLUME: 98 mm
• MID VOLUME: 99 mm
• MID VOLUME: 100 mm
• HIGH VOLUME: 102 mm
• HIGH VOLUME: 103 mm
Celliant liner is powered by 13 thermoreactive minerals that convert body heat into infrared energy. Infrared penetrates deep into the tissue to increase circulation, oxygen and blood flow. This in improved warmth, performance, thermal regulation and faster recovery. Lambswool offers additional insulation.
The BOA® Fit System, provides a performance fit engineered to enhance feel and responsiveness while reducing pressure points by incrementally modulation the Alpine boot closure with precise micro-adjustments.
DIALED IN: Micro-adjustable, precision fit
LOCKED IN: Uniform wrap, delivering superior heel hold and edge-to-edge control
CONFIDENT: Engineered to perform in the toughest conditions
- Anatomicallo pre-shaped internal padding
