The Mach1 LV 95 W TD GW combines everything a woman could wish for in a ski boot.
With a 95 flex and a 98 mm last, the boot is ideal for women with narrow feet. The thermo-moldable boot can be individually adapted to every foot and guarantees excellent grip on the piste with four buckles. The T-Drive technology improves power transmission to the ski edges. The inner boot with Celliant fibers uses body heat to convert it into infrared rays and thus stimulate blood circulation. The result: feet that are always warm, even in icy temperatures. The shoe also leaves nothing to be desired on foot thanks to the GripWalk sole. To keep the environmental impact of production as low as possible, the ski boot is made from PVC-free, recycled and recyclable materials.
The C.A.S. - Custom Adaptive Shape -Shell has an anatomical shape that matches the shape of the foot. This allows for a better out-of-the box initial fit. The dimples on the shell offer less surface tension and facilitate heating, making customizing the shell easier. The shell retains the new shape better and longer.

C.A.S. - Custom Adaptive Shape -has revolutionized ski boots with regards to fit and personalization. The liners are anatomically shaped for optimal comfort and offer great heel hold. The internal part of the liner is shaped to match the foot while the exterior matches and conforms to the shape of the shell. The dual density micro-cell material is durable and easy to customize. The C.A.S. liners are less prone to pack-out maintaining the fit over a longer period of time.

• FIT KIT (DECREASE VOLUME) Glue the C.A.S. Fit Kit pre-shaped pieces to decrease the volume of the liner.
The ability to obtain regenerated material with homogeneous and known mechanical characteristics will allow a wider use of them in the production on new ski-boots.

PLASTIC WASTE IS A PROBLEM
The “Recycle Your Boots” project was born out of the awareness that people around the world produce huge amounts of waste. Plastic waste, in which we are literally in danger of sinking, is particularly problematic. When old ski boots have had their day, they often end up in landfill or are recycled for energy in incineration plants. Anyone can hand in their old pair of ski boots to us, regardless of the brand. Tecnica will then fully recycle the old pair in a transparent and sustainable process.

With its “Recycle Your Boots” project, Tecnica is kick-starting the circular economy for the ski boot industry. Tecnica's collection and recycling initiative has been awarded by the LIFE program - the EU's financial instrument for the environment and climate action - and the project is already being implemented in eight European countries this winter season.
Tecnica's anatomically shaped liners and shells are the key to an optimal fit right from the first fitting. The better the liner and shell match the natural shape of the foot, the better the support and performance.

Celliant liner is powered by 13 thermoreactive minerals that convert body heat into infrared energy. Infrared penetrates deep into the tissue to increase circulation, oxygen and blood flow. This in improved warmth, performance, thermal regulation and faster recovery. Lambswool offers additional insulation.
Utilizes softer plastic over the instep area that allows the shell to open easier as you are entering or exiting the boot.
Innovative Lift Lock system holds the buckles up and out of the way so they don't catch while getting in or out of your boots.
